1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received by the customer.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs or handling fees.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and must be returned in their original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached.

  • Trying on an item is allowed; wearing or using it is not.

  • Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes or variations with the intent to partially return are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Process

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@susanparkertoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier. Please note that our suppliers are located internationally, including in China.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense. This includes shipping fees, customs duties, and any additional charges.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Refunds

  • After the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, we will assess its condition.

  • If the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Liability & Responsibility

  • Susan Parker Toronto is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order. After this period, changes can no longer be guaranteed.
